We follow his upbringing with his family as a youngster, to that of a young married man, to a man seeking to support his brothers in politics, to fleshing out his own place within the realm of power and purpose.  Ted Kennedy has been portrayed in the media over the years as a powerhouse, as a man of mystery, a man of conflicting habits and purpose.  He commands both respect for his troubles, as well as ridicule for some of his personal choices over the years.
