Book In Review

      This entertaining book, written by David Ezra Stein, introduces us to a young bear, in his first year of life.  He goes about his happy life until one day the leaves begin to fall.  The young bear shows compassion for the living thing called leaves.  He tries to help them get back to where he thinks they need to be.

       He is a little perplexed about

the process of the changing seasons.  This book teaches, in a simple way, that life has a rhythm and that there is joy to be found in each phase of life.
